You may place your order online with our secure online order form or phone your order into our new order line @ 614-735-7726. This order line is open from 10 A.M. until 6 P.M. EST daily. You will receive a confirmation by email with your ship date and tracking number. Please track your package through ups.com or by calling UPS @ 800-742-5877. We have no control over air packages or deliveries once a package has left our facility for the airport. Tracking is available late on the day of transport after the UPS Air department begins to scan packages for the transport to the central UPS facility in Kentucky where all packages are flown to their destinations in the U.S.A. and you can follow your package the entire way through the UPS Air System. If you have questions, emails are answered between 10 A.M until 6 P.M. EST daily - seven days a week.

Please note credit card orders are processed at the time the order is placed. A-1 Reptiles reserves the right to asses up to a 15% charge on all orders already processed and then canceled or returned due to fees incurred during the charge and credit process on the order total.

All live product ships out at night from the Central UPS Center overnight air to your door in an insulated case with heat or cool packs as indicated by weather conditions for your area and delivery is by 10:30 A.M. next morning to most destinations. If you live in a rural area your delivery may be in the afternoon. During extreme winter weather it may be necessary to ship to the nearest UPS Customer Center for pick up which is normally within five to ten miles from your billing zip code. Please note during bad weather months it may be necessary to ship on best weather days and if that is the case you will be notified by email. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box so please provide a physical address for delivery. We have had a commercial account with UPS for three decades now and they are extremely good at what they do.

Live arrival is guaranteed. We must be notified "the day of delivery" if there is a problem with your order.

PLEASE be sure someone is at the delivery address to accept the package and sign for live delivery. If the buyer is not present at the delivery address to accept and sign for the live delivery then the buyer assumes all risk associated with the delivery. If you can not be home for delivery please let us know as we can also ship to your nearest UPS Customer Center for pick up. A Government issued photo ID, such as a drivers license, is required by the UPS Customer Center for all pick ups.

If you know of bad weather in your area please contact us to let us know so we can reschedule your transport date.

We take every precaution available to make certain you are shipped the exact specimen in the photo cataloged by number. Due to heat/cold or shedding an animals coloration may become lighter or darker during transport or while becoming acclimated to its new environment.

If you decide to return an item the total amount of the invoice only will be refunded to your account less air freight. Air shipping charges are not refundable. All live product must be returned within forty-eight hours of the receipt date at the buyers expense. After the forty-eight hour inspection period has passed all sales are final. Basically because we have no control over care of the animal after that point. Please call for a return authorization number prior to shipping live product back. This policy is strictly adhered to!

We recommend a six month vet check just as you would your dog or cat. All animals are checked and wormed before transport. Worming can be done at home without the help of a vet which can save the cost of having a vet do it. We use Panacur in the shop an it is dosed by weight. We do not reimburse vet bills ! If you are concerned about something (habitat, supplements, food questions, behaviour) or if you think you have a problem down the road just send us an email we would be glad to advise you and save you that un-needed trip to the vet.
